RevTracky ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of all users, including students under the age of 18. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how it is used when you use the RevTracky mobile application or website.
We collect the following information when you create an account or use the app:
We do not collect payment information, location data, or contact lists.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with advertisers or third-party marketers.
Your data is stored securely on servers hosted by Replit in the United States. We use encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for all data transfers. Account passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is removed within 30 days.
RevTracky is designed for GCSE and A-Level students, which may include users under the age of 13 or 16 depending on jurisdiction. We collect only the minimum data necessary to operate the app. We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information from children beyond what is listed above.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with information you wish to have removed, please contact us at revtracky@gmail.com and we will delete it promptly.
With your permission, RevTracky sends a daily revision reminder notification at 7pm. You can disable this at any time in your device's notification settings or within the app.
